Trading hours are typically the end of the day for most investors, and traders will generally start trading at 6 a.m.
EST or 8 a. and end at midnight EST.
This means the next hour or so of trading will usually be at least 30 minutes longer than normal trading hours.
If your trading is delayed by hours, the market is likely to close in your favor.
However, if you can make it through your trading session without making any major trading errors, you might find that the market opens to a greater extent at 8 a, and closes down at 6 p.m., for example.
